The client (NDE Offshore) wanted to revamp their web portals and enhance the backend operations to create more stable and flexible web-based portals for further enhancement. The following web-based portals needed an upgrade:
Admin PortalHuman Resource PortalEmployee Management PortalReporting PortalWe started with a comprehensive code analysis to find the flaws in the backend operations. We later conducted a thorough business analysis of NDE Offshore to understand further and prioritize our maintenance tasks.
The code analysis revealed the bugs and outdated backend code on their web portal. Thus, we had to rewrite a fraction of the existing code and add new segments of code to eliminate the existing bugs, enhance loading speed, and maximize the efficiency of their portal.
A planned approach to resolve the existing bugs and maximize the efficiency of the code resulted in more stable and flexible web portals. The outdated code was replaced with a new, updated code with improved backend logic and maximum efficiency.
NDE Offshore is a Swedish-based, leading offshore service provider in Europe and the Middle East. Their core services include complete inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) solutions for the offshore wind, oil, and gas industries globally.
The client had an outdated website and web portals that required a quick code revamp and maintenance.
We conducted detailed code analysis, reviewed the backend code and logic through the smoke testing and regression testing, and finally, edited the outdated code to increase efficiency and enhance the overall speed.
The updated version of the website and the web portals were bug-free, fast, and efficient. The reloading time improved dramatically, while the user experience and the overall feel of the website and web portals enhanced the credibility of the business.
